FREE Camaro Concept Screen Saver!
NOTE: Version 1.1 of this screen saver was released on 5-10-08. If you have installed the screen saver before 5-10-08, it is strongly suggested that you uninstall it, download it again from the link below and reinstall it. See post #17 in this thread for more information.
----------
As you might know, on Christmas Day 2007 the message board portion of this site turned 10 years old.
To thank everyone for being a part of us, to continue excitement for the next Camaro, and last but not least, to celebrate the incredible growth that the 2010 Camaro forums have gone through, we have a small gift for everyone!
We made an all-Camaro Concept Screen Saver, and it is 100% FREE. No adware, no spyware, just a kick ass screen saver for anyone who wants to download and install it. It has 101 high quality photos of the Camaro Concepts; 50 of the silver Coupe, 50 of the orange convertible and 1 of the Bumblebee Camaro.
I am sure that most Windows PC's out there can run it, the requirements are not very steep. As far as a Mac version, I am not sure if I can make it work but I will consult a close Mac friend of mine who might be able to help me find out.
It has some configurations that you can change once it is installed, such as time between images, image size & location, sharpening, background color, etc. Play with them and suit them to your liking.
Please read the "readme" portion for more info on it. It is about 9 megs in file size and you can feel free to give it to anyone, host it on your site, whatever! It is FREE!
So, once again, thank you for helping CamaroZ28.Com grow into the the ultimate Camaro site, and I have no doubt we will continue growing well into the future.
P.S. Want a free desktop wallpaper to match? Right here!

Got it. Installed it. Love it.
BTW, I was WAAAY glad to hear that the next member summit will be in Indy. Woohoo! I don't have to drive on Detroit roads again! lol.. Can't wait to see you guys and the other folks again. Hopefully I can get my 95 TT project done by then so as to have something fun to drive up with.

Thanks Jason, just putting in my vote for a Mac OS X version!
Windows = Ford Focus (Sure it works and gets you from point A to point B, but with squeaks and rattles and no refinement)
OS X = Corvette ZR1 (Fast, sleek, refined, powerful yet fun and easy to drive)
Think about it.

Does that work for you? Some have said it does not work for them.

That's the only one I had that was decent enough to use.

I know little about what Mac's can do and what they cannot. Can a Mac run a windows .scr file as a screen saver?

101 images isn't enough for you? I can update it once we get more pics, or I can make another one to follow it up. We'll see what happens!
